BEAUTIFUL 3 DIMENSIONAL beer stein with 3 WONDERFUL color cartouche picture scenes with dogs! There is one cartouche with a police officer and his dog. One with a man and his service dog and the center has two dogs, a puppy and his mom (probably) AND a big dog's head which protrudes from the stein 1 1/4 above the mom and pup! All around the 3 D pictures are. Designs with lattice work and yellow flowers with orange centers and green leaves. The handle looks like a piece of wood. Under it and on the stein are the numbers 1369. The ORNATE lid is PEWTER with a BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED dog on the top. (Could be a German Shepherd) GREAT DETAIL TOO! With scrolls and vertical puff panels.

Every bit of the stein has. The part that opens it is also very. With scrolls and a shell.

Notes on the bottom: Made in Germany, Limited Edition of 10,000, Original Thewalt, 307. Than most steins and measures 11 1/2" tall, 6 3/4" handle to dog's snout and 4 3/8 diameter at the base. Excellent condition with no breaks, chips or scratches.

The color brown is darker but for some reason the photos came out lighter and redder. Gift for a dear friend, your policeman friend or dog lover friend!
