Very fine and large antique porcelain Capodimonte beer stein (Tankard). This pretty antique porcelain piece, is very well decorated all over the lid and body.

The unusual is the lid, depicting a young boy carrying a goat. The handle is also very unusual. The lid is mounted with bronze ormolu rim, also the handle with a bronze eagle. Blue under glaze mark at the underside.

Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. H : 15 inches (38 cm). Maximum wide : 7 inches (18 cm) to the handle.
